KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

 

 


  • Excellent verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical skills, customer service, and emotional intelligence required 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EEO, FLSA and other regulations required 
  • Strong creativity and relationship building (internal and external) skills required.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills preferred. 
  • Must manage time and priorities effectively by completing tasks in a timely manner. 
  • Sufficient knowledge of business communications, including telephone, voicemail, and e-mail, and operations of office machines, such as photocopier, scanner, and fax 
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends based on business need.  

 

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.   
  • Compensation (CCP) and/or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred.    
  • 6+ years of compensation experience required.  
  • Experience in compensation plan design and administration.  
  • Experience levering technology to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
