The Manager I will be responsible for strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs that will drive pipeline growth in Europe – with a primary focus on DACH it will include the management and execution of email marketing, ABM, third-party programs, thought leadership, social & digital media, webinars and events. 

  • Develop and execute a growth integrated marketing plan that aligns with business goals and targets
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, regional marketing as well as Product Marketing to develop segment, industry, and role-based messaging to support campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify target prospects, adapt specific messaging and content, and analyse and provide feedback on results
  • Monitor lead queues and lead development to ensure we have adequate quantity and progress necessary to achieve goals/objectives
  • Manage the budgets and vendors necessary to deliver against goals.
  • Communicate plans, deliverables and milestones to sales and marketing teams.
  • Deploy tactics to deliver personalized content aligned to the buying journey.
  • Extract data from Salesforce, and other systems to derive insights and optimize performance.
  • Drive the ongoing connection and feedback loop between data, tactics, and campaign performance.
  • Participate in other projects or duties.

  • Analytical approach to data and a strong grasp of marketing attribution and ROI.
  • Process-oriented thinking, attention to detail and experience planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategies
  • Ability to learn and understand core product functionality and market needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same.
  • Must possess good organizational skills.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
  • Sufficient knowledge of business communications, including telephone, voicemail, and e-mail and operations of office machines, such as photocopier, scanner, and fax.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Five (5) years of B2B demand generation experience (preferably in enterprise software).
  • Proficiency with CRM-related applications (preferably Salesforce and Pardot).
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with:
    • Planning and execution of prospecting programs that directly contribute to pipeline growth.
    • B2B demand generation and account targeting methodologies.
    • Audience segmentation and content mapping to a buyer’s journey.
    • CRM tech stack (preferably and Pardot).
  • Builds Relationships:  Fosters open dialogue and obtains shared commitment to proposals; shared ideas and information to promote mutual understanding, respect, and effective decision-making.
